As a triathlete herself, Tamar is also interested in holistic sports nutrition for endurance athletes. She regularly lectures on training and recovery nutrition, with a focus on offering nutritional alternatives to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Whether an athlete or an individual with special health concerns, all of Tamar’s clients benefit from the customized menu planning and recipes she provides. Her plans are easy, healthy, nutrient dense and delicious. Options include grain-free, wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, ketogenic, vegan, paleo-based diets, cardio-metabolic and balanced “normal” healthy diets.
