Recommended Books and Films
The following books and films provide a variety of perspectives on nutritional health. No book or movie offers a viewpoint that is agreeable by all. The ongoing conversation between the avid believers of the vegan plant whole foods based diet and a Paleo whole foods based diet is an example of such debates. As a nutritionist I have my own set of values that I share with my clients. That said I respect all healthy choices and beliefs.
